The piston compressor series includes a wide range of solutions:
Fortek: 1.1-7.5 kW compressors with tank.
QUITEK: . Silent piston compressors 1.5-7.5 kW. with or without tank. The company philosophy, has always identified us with long life and high quality products. This range of piston compressors includes:
- A single single-stage cylinder with direct drive on small models suitable for semi-professional use.
- Two single-stage cylinders with belt drive for workshop use.
- Two cylinders, two-stage with belt drive for industrial use.
The reason for choosing the two-stage model, is to guarantee lower working temperatures, thanks to a cooling manifold between the first and second compression stage, therefore a superior air supply. By dividing the compression stage into two stages (two cylinders with different volumes), the situation described above is obtained. Other important features that distinguish this line of compressors are:
- Low pumping unit speed;
- Low noise level;
- Correct ratio between unit size, engine power and tank capacity.

Components
These compressors are mounted with POLY-V drive belts with highly reliable automatic tensioner, which allow up to 20,000 working hours. They are quiet and require no maintenance. The machines in this range are fitted with two-stage suction filters, a first dust separation by centrifugal effect and a second by 3-micron cartridge with 99.9% efficiency.
